Congratulations upon your anniversary. I wore my beautiful pants and tunic to a wedding shower in July and was taking a walk in Gloucester afterwards. A woman I did not know came up to me and said "excuse me - where did you get your clothes - they aren't from here - nobody wears clothes that beautiful here!!" I told her about your store but I don't think she even knew where Minneapolis was. Oh well - No one ever stopped me in the streets to talk about my clothes before!!

I literally wear the clothes I bought this summer EVERY day! Gorgeous pants and tops and jackets...I'd be broke if we lived in Minneapolis..and my husband Arthur lives in the t-shirts...we love your store! And my absolute favorite earrings in the world...I get so many compliments!

This is not an advertisement but a heads up.
Quite by accident, I found one of the best clothing stores I have ever seen. It is called Key North at 515 1st Avenue N.E. in Minneapolis. They sell new womens clothing, wonderful clothing that is reasonably priced and very interesting (not your Talbots or your Macys), trendy but not outlandish styles which can be rather conservative but oh so Fun! Like Kathryn Hepburn trousers - something
that I as your generic professional woman would wear to an office (I realize that I am a bit casual sometimes). You attorneys and doctors and sales women and engineers and business owners and scientists and students and young people could wear these clothes in the office too - wherever you go - clothes that are beautiful and are for real people!
The owners Gwen and Katie, moreover, say that everything in the shop is made in socially and economically responsible factories - the people who make the clothes make a living wage. And that mostly natural fabrics are used - silks, wools, cottons, viscose, rayon, flax, hemp, linen, etc. They have a line of skin care products and sell art and jewelry, also - But I was most excited about the
clothing! And the reason I am excited is because I have been so disappointed in the choices that department stores offer me for my clothing for so many years - since middle age, maybe? Anyway, next time you have some time in the Cities - Check them out!
